Office Administrator and Bookkeeper
Duties
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as invoicing, payroll, and record-keeping.
Coordinate supply chain activities for HVAC equipment and parts.
Maintain adequate inventory levels for efficient service delivery.
Handle correspondence and communication with clients and suppliers.
Assist in financial management tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain budgeting and financial reports.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician assignments.
Ensure proper documentation of work orders and service reports.
Requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
A college diploma or equivalent in business or office administration is preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in office software and bookkeeping systems.
Senior HVAC Specialist
Duties
Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Junior HVAC Specialists.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues.
Stay updated on the latest energy-efficient HVAC models and technologies.
Recommend system upgrades or replacements to clients.
Gather feedback from field operations to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with management to implement process enhancements.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of a three- to five-year apprenticeship program or a combination of over five years of work experience in the trade and some college or industry courses in HVAC systems.
Trade certification for HVAC technicians is required in British Columbia.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Customer Service and Energy Advisor
Duties
Handle client inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician assignments.
Provide accurate information and assistance to meet customer needs.
Advise clients on energy-saving practices and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
Promote the Company’s focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
Facilitate clear communication between the technical team and clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Address any concerns or issues to maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and energy efficiency is an asset.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
